Refund and Return Policy

At AL-ANSAR MUSLIM WELFARE BOARD (REGD) (also referred to as "Al Nasr," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to transparency and fairness in all donation transactions made through our official digital platforms.
This Refund and Return Policy explains the circumstances under which a refund may be requested and processed.
1. Nature of Donations
All donations made through our platform are voluntary charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable. We encourage donors to review the donation amount carefully before completing a transaction.
Refunds will be considered only under exceptional situations as outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be approved only if:
- The donation was made by mistake (wrong amount or unintended payment).
- The amount was charged more than once due to a technical or payment gateway error.
- The donor submits a valid refund request within three (3) days of the transaction.
- Valid proof of payment (transaction ID, receipt, aware reference) is provided.
Requests beyond this period or without proper verification may not be eligible.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please provide the following information:
- Transaction ID
- Date and amount of payment
- Registered mobile number
- Reason for refund request

4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on bank and payment gateway timelines. You will be notified once the refund is completed.
5. No Returns or Exchanges
As this platform accepts charitable donations and does not sell physical or digital products, returns or exchanges are not applicable.
